Brutally honest -- Cyberspace provides an anonymous environment for those who are timid in face-to-face situations.

Meg - I really enjoyed your session last night. We covered a lot of information and I'm ready to learn more about technology today.

Also, I agree with your comments about the media. They are only reporting the "bad" stuff in blogs and on the web in general. It's a shame.

I would like a list of suggestions of different ways to use blogs other than book reviews which I already tho't of.

I see you have the Oprah watch from Chico's. I have one too!

Meg,
I really felt that this was a beneficial session because it gave me an opportunity to be introduced to quite a few different resources that I feel I will be able to use for myself and my staffs.
thanks

Meg,
Thank you so much for walking us through the many different tech opportunities! I am a youngin, but still didn't know anything about blogging or wikis or most of the stuff you talked about!

I feel prepared to go back to my school and help students find quality uses for things like google video, moviemaker etc.

You did an excellent job keeping us active and engaged ~ Thank you!

Meg, I learned so much and realize how much more I need to learn. I am excited to try and practice some of the things you showed. You inspired me to get to more workshops like this. you are a wonderful, FUN presenter.

Hi - I moaned and I groaned and I complained and I dreaded coming to this workshop. But let me tell you, it was the best thing I have done in a very, very long time. It has knocked me out of my complancey and set a fire under my behind.
I echo Mary's comments 100%! I think the only term on your extended list that I was at least familiar with was blogging. And only in passing at that. I have much work ahead of me this summer to get ready for next year. Thank you for showing me the way. Your presentation was outstanding and does need to be repeated with other groups.
I will probably follow up with questions later this summer. Again, many thanks for your outstanding presentation.

Meg,
We started our Sunday morning board meeting by asking everyone to share something they had learned since Friday morning. Each person who had attended your workshop had at least one item they were ready to jump in and share. You did a marvelous job of presenting the techie stuff in a lively fashion with a focus on students and hands on learning. Thanks for the excellent presentation and information. My middle school colleagues don't know it yet, but they are about to begin wiki work if I can successfully waylay part of next Friday's inservice. Thanks again!
